Check-in, and the small print of a day

Check-in is from 2pm and checkout is 11am, but reception is staffed around the clock and we will hold bags either side without charging for it. If your flight lands at 6am, come and have breakfast — the dining room opens at 6:30 and the room will be ready when it is ready.

There is someone at the desk at three in the morning, and they are awake, and they will find you a taxi, a phone charger, a plaster or a pot of tea. That is a thing we decided about this hotel early on and have not changed since.

The Compass Room is open 11am to 2am, and to 3am on Friday and Saturday. Entry is for guests aged 20 and over with photo identification. More about the gaming lounge · Host responsibility
